Sonny has been on the board for over 10 years & has been on other boards such as Boys & Girl of Greater Salem, Southern NH Chamber of Commerce, Salemhaven, Salem Pride, Salem 250th Anniversary Marketing & others. His goal is to help those organizations financially who serve the elderly & disabled as much as possible through funding request.
Joyce Hatfield

Semi Retired. Previously employed Administrative Assistant Woodbury School 25+ years. Previously employed Program Director for Salem Caregivers and current Board Member. Volunteered past and present many committees and non-profit organizations, Salem Senior Center, Dollars for Scholars, Salem Retired Teacher Association, Mary Queen of Peace, SHS Safe Night & SHS Boosters Club. My goal is to donate my time to help wherever I can.
Liz Greenleaf
Treasurer
Liz joined the FRCAA Board in 2024 and holds the position of Treasurer. Liz served on the Homeland Heroes Foundation Board for five years where she was the Secretary, Chair of the Nominating Committee and member of the Executive Board. Liz volunteered for 20 years for the Community Caregivers of Greater Derry as a driver. She currently serves as the Bookkeeper at BridgeWay Christian Church, is a year-round volunteer for Operation Christmas Child, and works part-time at Trinexus Capital, LLC, in Windham.
Susan Denopoulos Abram
Susan has had a successful career in the executive management of Long Term Care and Senior Living Communities. She has also been an advocate for older and disabled citizens through her involvement with FRCCA, Servicelink, The NH Commission on Aging, St Vincent DePaul Food Bank/ Senior Pantry and The Exeter Chamber of Commerce. Making life a little better and brighter for seniors and disabled individuals has been her focus .
Joanne Ward
Volunteerism has been an integral and important part of her life. As a retired dietitian with over 40 years in healthcare she continues to volunteer on several boards. She has been on the New Hampshire Food Bank Advisory Board since 1999, she is on the advisory board for Seacoast Classical Academy, she was formerly the chair of Service Link of Rockingham County, a former State Representative, having served on Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs. She is currently serving as a State Commissioner on the NH Commission on Aging and is monitoring legislation that may have an impact on aging adults.
Regina Andler
Regina Andler is a Business Transformation Specialist who helps coaches and consultants scale their businesses. She has been involved in a number of non-profit organizations including Beachbum Philanthropy, Greater Salem Rotary Club, Clean River Project, Isaiah 58, Salem Botanical Garden and more. One of her passions is ensuring seniors and disabled are able to enjoy the quality of life they deserve.
Kathy Turner
Kathy is new to the board in 2024. Her background is in education and she has previously worked as a Medicare Specialist with ServiceLink. She is currently affiliated with Greater Salem Caregivers. Her goal is to reach out and work with various organizations throughout Rockingham County who serve the elderly and disabled.
