The Mission of Friends of Rockingham County Aging Adults, Inc. is to help with and play an active role in raising funds to support the elderly or disabled in Rockingham County.
WHO ARE WE?
Friends of Rockingham County Aging Adults (FRCAA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping other nonprofits support elderly and disabled individuals across Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
We raise and distribute funds that make it easier for seniors and disabled adults to live independently, comfortably, and with dignity — right in their own homes and communities. By supporting other 501(c)(3) organizations doing this important work, we help extend care where it’s needed most.
How to Apply for Funding
We welcome funding requests from nonprofit organizations that:
Are based in Rockingham County, NHAre registered 501(c)(3) nonprofitsDirectly serve elderly and/or disabled individualsUse the funds to help clients attain or maintain their independence
Applicants must also include:
An explanation of how the funds will benefit their elderly/disabled clientsThe number of clients currently served, andThe number who will benefit from the requested funding
Who Is Not Eligible
To stay focused on our mission, we’re unable to approve funding for:
Churches or religious institutionsGovernment agenciesFor-profit businessesOrganizations not located in Rockingham CountyOrganizations not serving the elderly or disabledOrganizations that are not 501(c)(3) nonprofitsProjects that don’t promote client independence
